In 1979, Danny was proud to be chosen by The Rolling Stones Charlie Watts, Ian Stewart and Jack Bruce (Cream) to share frontman duties with British Blues Godfather Alexis Korner in the legendary 11 piece Rocket 88 Band. Here is a mad, super Joyful, Rockin’ Boogie Woogie Extravaganza recorded live via The Rolling Stones mobile truck at a packed theater in Victoria, London during Christmas 1979.
